About the program

NEETS, aged 16-24, are currently not in employment, education, or training. We collaborate with schools and councils to integrate them into the workforce, offering free training and support with expenses like transportation. Our tracker measures the social value, showing return on investment for contractors and clients

Our team takes part in educational events, hosting interactive and engaging stands. We answer questions, share valuable information, and provide live demonstrations for students interested in the construction industry.With a hands-on and visually engaging approach, we make sure every interaction is informative and inspiring, showcasing the opportunities within our industry.

Falcon Green, we help students build confidence for their future careers. Our volunteers take part in mock interviews, simulating real-life interview scenarios to prepare students for the job market.

Through a rotational system, each volunteer interviews multiple students individually, providing them with valuable experience and constructive feedback. This hands-on approach helps students develop essential skills and gain confidence for their future careers.
